Male students – canings from a female teacher

When I was 15 years old, I had a boyfriend who was one year older than me. They had a pretty young female teacher latin, she was at her late twenties. One day he recieved a six of the best caning of her that he never forgot. He said that this was the most painful and humilating caning he received in his entire school career. The fact that he was whipped by a young female was particularly embarrasing. And obviously she did her job really well.

All my canings were from male teachers. I did get the slipper from a female teacher at juniors and there wasn’t any real difference between how hard she hit and how hard the male teachers did.

never got a caning from a female teacher [  never got caned at all to be honest ] so a big female german teacher use it in first year of senior school she was quiet a hefty woman and I think the four boys concerned knew they had been caned by her

marling, yes, I saw his marks after his caning. He complained a lot that sitting down was pretty uncomfortable for three days. The marks where dark red to light purple on the first day and changed the color to light blue on the second day and faded slowly. Furthermore, you felt the welts on his butt on the first two or three days. And he complained that this young woman gave him the worst caning he’d ever experienced years after the end of his school career.

No, I have never been caned.

It is sad that a thread like this, which in past times would undoubtedly have garnered several responses very rapidly, should languish relatively uncommented.

I can think of at least one former contributor who would certainly have responded with his account of his first ever caning of four strokes, the last of which was, so the lady wielding the cane told him afterwards, definitely ‘of the best’.  As he was at a school where you were nobody unless you’d been caned the punishment was the making of him and led him into a career of student agitation and two further canings, this time from the male headmaster.

Others would I am sure have rallied to the cause.  I have racked my memory to see if I can recall any further accounts here of males caned by female teachers.  There certainly are some.  One that comes to mind was a contributor severely caned by a lady teacher at school in what he thought, and still thought many years later, was an unjustified punishment. He had recently  recognised her when she moved into a nearby property.  The recognition did not seem to be mutual and there was discussion here as to whether he should initiate a conversation on the matter which had concerned him for so long.  Alas I can neither remember whether or not he did nor can I recall enough to locate the account.

That said, an Another_Lurker unfulfilled ambition was to be caned by a female prefect! Tricky to achieve because my secondary school did have caning prefects but alas was all male.

The notion of a female teacher of Latin caning a 15 year old boy is more extraordinary, in my limited experience, than the notion of a female Latino teacher administering such a caning. My immediate thought was where and when did this happen?  Country and decade if not city and year.

I think F/m school CP is at least as unwise as M/f. Poor EAL [= Esteemed Another_Lurker] is clear evidence of just one of the hazards.

I cannot recall a single time, during our schooling, when gender seemed to be considered (spankee/spanker).   Most of our teachers were female.   Our Principals were female (until high school but there was no paddle at high school).   And, most of the butts being stung were male.   So, only stands to reason.   And, as I have posted a few other places here, there are known examples at our schools of male teachers popping a female behind.   Rare but it happened.   I got mine from a 50 something female principal.   There was nothing sexual or inappropriate about it.   Just a firm paddling that burned like hell.   She asked for a witness (was required) and everyone in the office area was female.   So, a female watched too.   I get, now, that it can seem odd and I would be lying if I said, now, that the presence of that younger female witness was not an “interesting” part of that experience.   But, at the time and for years after, it was mortifying.   Probably took 7-8 years for my perspective on that to change.   Back to the topic, questioning whether or not there was school spanking involving m/f or f/m is using 2019 perspective to analyze circa 1980 society in the non urban U.S..   it just was not considered relevant.   Perhaps it should have been

It was rare that a boy would accredit a woman for his success due to a hickory stick (gad) but even more for a man to be assaulted with rawhide but that was then and now is now.

The nuns at primary school and the female teachers there had no hesitation in caning boys and girls on the hands. I had it a couple of times. I do recall a few female secondary school teachers at our all-boys school – but I never saw them use the strap like the other teachers.

I can point out a lady who caned a boy at her school, she lives a mile or so from me. She was a head of department at a school in Liverpool in the 1970s and ended up having to cane a boy who had seriousy misbehaved – she told us this at a church meeting and needless to say I didn’t ask ANY of the questions which were in my mind such as, hand or bottom and how many strokes?
