The three of us were left alone in the room. The girls had stopped giggling and the taller of the two, her long raven hair curling around her face, casually picked the cane up as if testing its weight. Her dark almond eyes twinkled mischeivously as she flexed it between slim, delicate fingers. Then i saw her full lips part in a smile as she said,
” Are you going to be a good boy and bend over or is my friend going to have to help you? ”
He had been unjustly accused of upsetting Mrs Cook, it was in fact the GIRLS who had put the spider in her desk. When the Head finds out he (a) canes both girls in front of you as some payback, or (b) in front of the whole school. Possibility of course of (c) both – but that wouldn’t really be credible would it?
