Nurse Nelly goes to the waiting area for the next patient.

This patient calls himself Shamrock and lives in north Georgia.

Nurse Nelly takes Shamrock to the exam room where a hospital gown is put on.

Doctor  Susan Clark entered the room about 10 minutes later.

Shamrock is given a complete physical including blood tests.

He is nervous about the upcoming Mind Scan.

Shamrock is wearing men’s clothing and is not wearing a diaper.

Some time goes by before the doctor returns to the exam room.

“You passed your physical and are healthy for a middle aged man,” Dr. Susan Clark stated, “blood tests are all normal.”

“Thank you doctor for seeing me and the good news about my health,” Shamrock said feeling a bit less nervous.

“I am ready to do the Mind Scan.”

Nurse Nelly returns and escorts Shamrock to the Mind Scan room where he is told to sit in a chair.

The bowl like object with flashing lights is put on his head.

Nurse Nelly flips the switch on and 10 minutes goes by.

“You have a desire to get first aid with lots of bandages,” Nurse Nelly said reviewing the data.

“You also wish to be diapered and dressed as a baby girl.”

“Yes maam, I can’t believe you came up with those results without my saying a word,” Shamrock said a bit surprised.

“You are another patient for our student nurses,” Nurse Nelly said,

“they put a full body cast on a patient earlier today.”

Nurse Becky and 1 other nurse come to get Shamrock after they get a phone call from Nurse Nelly with instructions.

First Shamrock is given a warm bubble bath.

His body hair is removed including shaving his legs, and bottom.

“You sure have long brown hair for a male patient,” Nurse Becky said,

“I think you look very much like a female.”

“Are you going to diaper me up?” Shamrock asked,

“What type of first aid will you be doing?”

Shamrock is put in a disposable diaper by Nurse Becky.

She puts pink nursery print plastic baby panties on Shamrock.

He is dressed in a girl’s white pull-on blouse.

The Mind Scan shows Shamrock to be a diaper lover.

“Now that you are diapered we will bandage your legs as if they were burned in a car crash,” Nurse Becky said.

Her assistant nurse comes in the room with Shamrock on the exam table.

The nurses need practice for this type of procedure.

A soothing cream is rubbed on Shamrock’s legs up to the top of her thighs.

Her legs are covered with bandages including her feet.

Shamrock is referred to as a female patient.

The bandages go up to Miss Shamrock’s thighs.

She is transferred to a more comfortable table that can be pushed to her sleeping room.

“We have lots of diapers to change you when needed,” Nurse Becky said holding up a disposable diaper.

Shamrock is surprised but likes that she will be confined to bed.

A pink skirt is put on Shamrock that will make diaper changes easier.

The 2 student nurses eventually take Shamrock to his room and sleeping area.

“Here is another patient called Mistysshamrock,” Nurse Becky said stopping by Mistysshamrock’s room.

“She is a lot like you Shamrock and desired a full body cast.”

“Hello there Mistysshamrock,” Shamrock said,

“don’t bother to get up and greet me, I can’t get out of bed either.”

“I see you have both legs completely bandaged,” commented Mistysshamrock barely able to look and see Shamrock.

“I will check on you later Mistysshamrock and change your diaper,” Nurse Becky said taking Shamrock to her room.

Patient number 6 is here and will be the last patient of the day.

The new Sissy Clinic is doing well on its first day.

Once a patient has been admitted their insurance takes over.

Sissy Clinic is happy to keep patients around for a while.

Another middle-aged sissy is here for a Physical and Mind Scan.

She goes by the name Sissybabysamantha2 and was just seen by Dr. Susan Clark.

She arrived very clean and looking pretty.

The physical was passed with normal blood test results.

Dr. Susan Clark phoned Nurse Karen to pick up Sissybabysamantha 2.

“Come with me maam for your Mind Scan,” Nurse Karen said taking Sissybabysamantha 2 to the correct room.

The mind scan device is placed on Sissybabysamantha 2’s head.

She has a few worries but Nurse Karen calms the patient down.

In 10 minutes Sissybabysamantha twos deepest desires are known.

“I did not feel a thing nurse,” Sissybabysamantha 2 said,

“did you find out anything about me?”

“Yes honey, the Mind Scan shows a desire to be babied as a girl and dressed in pretty girls’ clothing,” Nurse Karen reports.

So far the Mind Scan has been very accurate with each patient.

“You prefer cloth diapers and we have lots of those,” Nurse Karen said,

She is taken to her sleeping area first and placed on the diaper table.

A thick cloth prefold diaper 10 layers thick in the middle is put on Sissybabysamantha 2.

Four diaper pins are used to put on a snug diaper that won’t leak or fall down.

“I have cute nursery print plastic baby panties for you honey,” Nurse Karen said working them up the leg and over the diaper.

“I already feel more like a baby than when I arrived,” replied Sissybabysamantha 2 feeling a bit regressed after the Mind Scan.

She is dressed in a cute girls’ t-shirt. Sissybabysamantha 2 has pink ribbons tied to her hair.

A red pacifier is given to the new patient which is placed in her mouth.

“You are patient 4 for the nursery,” Nurse Karen said taking Sissybabysamantha 2 to the nursery play area.

“Goody goody, I want to play with some soft blocks please,” Sissybabysamantha2 said with a broad smile.

Sissybabysamantha2 finds 3 other sissy babies playing in the nursery.

It is almost 2 pm when lunch is about to be served.

Sissy Clinic had a new patient at 8 pm, 9 pm, 10 pm, 11 pm, 12 pm, and 1 pm.

That is all of the new patients today.

“Sissybabysamantha2 meet your sissy baby friends,” Nurse Karen said,

“This is SissyBabyPet, Jessybaby, and Sissieann.”

“Hewwo mes SissyBabyPet,” she said holding a dolly,

“nice to hab met you.” “Mes from da United Kingdom.”

“I am Jessybaby and came from Ohio to the Sissy Clinic,” she said holding her Betsy Wetsy doll.

“I am Sissieann and love my plush pink bear,” she said smiling.

“They call me Sissybabysamantha 2,” she replied,

“nice to meet all of you and join you in the nursery.”

“Pay attention baby girls so we can seat you for lunch,” Nurse Nelly said entering the nursery.

“Time for some baby food.”

All four sissybabies have a highchair set up in the cafeteria.

One at a time each of them is placed in a highchair and the food tray locked in place.

A bib that says Baby Girl is tied around their necks.

Nurse Karen takes care of 2 sissybabies and Nurse Nelly takes care of the other 2 needing to be fed.

The 4 new patients admitted to the nursery as diapered sissybabies are in their highchairs awaiting a late lunch.

Nurse Nelly comes back with 4 baby bottles of warm formula.

A baby bottle is placed on all 4 of the food trays.

Nurse Karen returns with 8 large jars of baby food.

Two jars of stewed prunes and 2 jars of baby beef stew are placed on each food tray.

Nurse Nelly spoon feeds SissyBabyPet and Sissieann.

Nurse Karen spoon feeds Jessybaby and Sissybabysamantha 2.

All the patients are a bit regressed from the side effects of the Mind Scan.

They bang on the food trays while being fed.

A drink from the baby bottle gets rid of the nasty taste of stewed prunes.

The baby beef stew tastes much better and no faces are made when eating this.

“Baby girls you have all done well eating your lunch,” Nurse Nelly said,

“Next we take you to your rooms for diaper changes.”

SissyBabyPet is taken from her highchair after a face cleaning.

Nurse Nelly takes her to the sleeping area.

On the diaper table white plastic rhumba panties are removed to reveal a wet diaper.

SissyBabyPet is cleaned up, diaper rash cream and baby powder are used.

A clean cloth diaper and rhumba panties are put on.

“Time for a nap in your crib SissyBabyPet,” Nurse Nelly said.

Jessybaby is picked up from her highchair after a face cleaning.

Nurse Karen takes Jessybaby to her sleeping area.

Her printed wet disposable diaper is removed on the diaper table.

Jessybaby is cleaned up and then diaper rash cream and baby powder are used.

A clean disposable like the first one is put on Jessybaby.

“Time for a nap in your crib Jessybaby,” Nurse Karen insisted.

Nurse Nelly goes back to get Sissieann.

She is removed from her highchair after a face cleaning.

Nurse Nelly takes Sissieann to her sleeping area and up on the diaper table.

She has a pretty pink shirt on with a cloth nappy and pink plastic baby panties.

Sissieann is a bit shy about the diaper change.

Her plastic panties are removed to reveal a wet diaper.

Nurse Nelly uses baby wipes for cleaning the diaper area.

She then applies diaper rash cream and baby powder to the diaper area.

Sissieann has a clean cloth prefold diaper pinned on.

Her plastic panties are pulled up and over the thick cloth diaper.

“Time for a nap in your crib Sissieann,” Nurse Nelly insisted.

Nurse Karen goes back to get Sissybabysamantha2.

She is taken from the highchair after a face cleaning.

Sissybabysamantha2 is escorted to her room and placed on the diaper table.

The nursery print plastic panties are removed, a wet diaper is found.

“I will have you cleaned up in a jiffy sweetie,” Nurse Karen said using several baby wipes.

Nurse Karen uses diaper rash cream and baby powder on new patient Sissybabysamantha 2.

A clean cloth prefold diaper is pinned on Sissybabysamantha 2.

Her plastic panties are put back on by the nurse.

All the sissybabies are required to take naps.

“Time for a nap in your crib Sissybabysamantha 2,” Nurse Karen insisted tucking her in the crib and raising the side rails.

Both nurses go back to the cafeteria and have lunch too.

They have roast beef sandwiches and a tossed salad.

The 2 patients in the student nurse area also need lunch and a diaper change.

Nurse Becky does the job for both patients.

Her assistants are eating lunch themselves and Nurse Becky ate first.

A baby bottle of warm formula is brought to Mistysshamrock who is motionless in the full body cast.

Nurse Becky bottle feeds Mistysshamrock and spoon feed her 2 jars of the same type of baby food.

The diaper change is done after eating.

A television is hanging from the ceiling for viewing.

“Relax and watch television while I get your diaper off,” Nurse Becky said and then pushed a button.

“I need some assistance with your diaper change.”

Both Nurse Kim and Nurse Sue arrive quickly.

They do the lifting while Nurse Becky removes the wet diaper.

Baby wipes are used to carefully clean Mistysshamrock.

Diaper rash cream and baby powder are applied to the diaper area.

The assistant nurses lift again so a disposable diaper can be put in place.

It is taped on snugly to prevent any leaks.

“I want you to take a nap Mistysshamrock,” Nurse Becky said, “I will be back in 2 hours with some magazines to read.”

All three student nurses are pleased with their casting job.

They go to see Shamrock next who is also confined in bed.

Shamrock is bandaged on both legs and feet all the way up the thighs.

Shamrock is pleased to see the nurses and gladly drinks the baby bottle of formula.

She is spoon fed the same type and amount of baby food.

“We need to change your diaper Miss Shamrock,” Nurse Becky said,

“I am sure you are wet by now.”

Shamrock has his skirt lifted up out of the way.

Her pink plastic baby panties are removed.

A wet disposable diaper is untaped and disposed of.

This diaper change is a bit easier but help is still needed.

The assistants do the lifting, Becky the diapering.

“Take a nap Shamrock,” Nurse Becky said leaving the room.
