“Attention baby girls, follow me to the cafeteria where dinner will be served,” Nurse Nelly said.
SissyBabyPet, Jessybaby, Sissieann, and Sissybaby samantha 2 stop playing and are escorted to the cafeteria.
SissyBabyPet and Jessybaby are secured in their highchairs by Nurse Nelly.
She ties a bib around their necks.
Sissieann is secured in her highchair by Nurse Karen and so is Sissybaby samantha 2.

First a baby bottle of warm formula is given to each baby girl.
Two large jars of baby food are placed on each baby girl’s food tray.
Dinner tonight is split peas with ham and yellow squash.
Each baby girl is spoon-fed by their nurse as if she was mommy.
Nurse Becky leaves for the medical area with her assistants.
They must feed dinner to Mistys shamrock and Shamrock.
The patients there are helpless at this time.
All 4 baby girls being fed in the cafeteria of the nursery are getting messy faces being spoon-fed.
Their faces are washed with a warm cloth.
They are allowed plenty of time to drink their baby bottles of warm formula.
“I hope you like the babyish music we are playing,” Nurse Karen stated, “music is relaxing if you ask me.”
In the medical area after napping Mistysshamrock is fed by Nurse Kim.
Shamrock is fed by Nurse Sue.
Nurse Becky is in the office doing some paper work.
Her assistants can handle feeding the medical patients.
Even with her hands free Miss Shamrock is being spoon-fed.
Mistysshamrock has no other choice being fully restrained by her full body cast.
“Do you change diapers after dinner,” Mistysshamrock asked, “mine is wet and messy too?”
“No problem, I will take care of that after you eat,” Nurse Kim replied,
“I will need help with that.”
In her room Shamrock is also asking about a diaper change.
She is both wet and messy too.
Nurse Sue assures Shamrock she will be changed after dinner.
Help is needed for this too.
Both Shamrock and Mistysshamrock are fed the split peas with ham and yellow squash.
They are bottle-fed warm formula afterward.
The clinic was closed for the day hours ago.
The front office staff has left the building.
Nurses remain 24/7 to take care of the existing patients.
They have a sleeping area and cafeteria with hot food available for the staff.
Microwaves reheat the food left by the cooks earlier.
“Time for a diaper change,” Nurse Nelly said in the nursery.
She takes Sissy Baby Pet to her sleeping area first and gets her on the diaper table.
Sissy Baby Pet has just a wet diaper and has not messed one yet.
She is carefully cleaned up after removing the rhumba panties and her cloth diaper is unpinned and put in the diaper pail.

“Relax baby girl mommy has a clean nappy for you,” Nurse Nelly said slipping one under SissyBabyPet’s bottom.
The diaper is pulled up between her legs and pinned on snugly after diaper rash cream and baby powder are used.
The same plastic baby panties are put back on. SissyBabyPet is dressed in a pink nightgown and has pink lacy tops socks on.
“I have you dressed for bed but you can stay up in your room until 9 pm,” Nurse Nelly said leaving the room.
Nurse Karen takes Jessybaby to her sleeping area and helps her up on the diaper table.
Jessybaby’s disposable diaper is removed and disposed of. She is cleaned nicely and prepared for a new diaper.
Jessybaby is only wet and not messy.
Her enemas earlier took care of that problem.
A clean disposable diaper is pinned on. Jessybaby is happy to be at the Sissy Clinic Nursery.
Jessybaby is dressed in a yellow nightgown with yellow lacy top socks on her feet.
The sleeping gowns are nylon and real cute.
Nurse Nelly goes back and gets Sissieann who is taken to her sleeping area.
This baby is obviously both wet and messy.
Nurse Nelly can tell while getting Sissieann on the diaper table.
“I see someone has a messy diaper that is wet too,” Nurse Nelly said removing the pink plastic baby panties.
Nurse Nelly unpins the cloth nappy and throws it in the diaper pail.
Large baby wipes are used to clean Sissieann’s diaper area.
Diaper rash cream and baby powder are used.
Sissieann has a clean cloth nappy placed under her bottom that is pinned on.
Her pink plastic baby panties are put on.
Sissieann is dressed in a white nylon nightgown.
“You can watch television in your room until 9 pm,” Nurse Nelly said leaving the room.
Nurse Karen gets the last baby girl Sissybaby samantha 2 and takes her to her sleeping area.
Sissybaby samantha 2 is placed on the diaper table.
Her nursery print plastic panties are removed.
Her diaper is unpinned and is both wet and messy.
Nurse Karen does a quick cleanup and prepares Sissybaby samantha 2 for a clean nappy. T
he nappy is slipped in place and pinned on tight.
Sissybabysamantha2 has her plastic panties put back on and is dressed in a lime green nightgown with matching girls socks.
The four baby girls are comfortable in their rooms watching television.
They each have a comfy chair to sit in and relax.
All are diapered and dressed for bed wearing a nylon nightgown.
Bed time is 9 pm when the nurses will return.
Meanwhile back in the medical area both Mistysshamrock and Shamrock are getting their wet and messy diapers changed.
Nurse Becky and her assistants went to Mistysshamrock’s room first.
She is happy to see them and need changing.
“Don’t worry the diaper rash cream works,” Nurse Becky said,
“you can be in a dirty diaper for a few hours if needed.”
“Ok but I will be more comfortable after you change me,” Mistysshamrock spoke up.
With help from her assistants, the diaper Mistysshamrock is wearing is removed and disposed of.
A clean diaper is laid out ready to be taped on.
Nurse Becky carefully cleans up the diaper area of Mistysshamrock.
She applies diaper rash cream and baby powder.
This is not easy with the patient in a full-body cast.
A clean diaper is put on Mistysshamrock by all 3 nurses.
She gets to watch television until the 9 pm bedtime.
A voice controlled channel changer is added to her television. Otherwise Mistysshamrock could not change the channel.
Becky and her assistants leave to check on Shamrock.
Shamrock is happy to see them and needs changing.
It is easier to diaper change Shamrock with just the legs bandaged.
“Lift your bottom a bit sweetie,” Nurse Becky said pulling off the pink nursery print plastic panties Shamrock is wearing.
The student nurses help out since raising her bottom is not easy for Shamrock in bandages up to the top of her thighs.
The plain white disposable diaper is removed and disposed of.
The diaper is both wet and messy.
Shamrock is cleaned by Nurse Becky with large baby wipes.
“Lift her bottom again so I can rub in diaper rash cream and apply some baby powder,” Nurse Becky told her assistants.
This was done appropriately and then Miss Shamrock’s front diaper area is prepared for a new diaper.
Shamrock loves being babied like this. She feels helpless with her legs bandaged.
With help a clean disposable white diaper is put on Shamrock.
Her nursery print plastic baby panties are put back on.
“You are just like a baby girl to us Shamrock,” Nurse Becky said, “except your private parts sweetie.”
“We have a pink nightgown to dress you in,” Nurse Becky said.
The 3 nurses manage to redress Shamrock for bed.
She is wearing a nylon pink nightgown and her bra. Shamrock relaxes with the TV remote control within reach.
All the televisions only show children’s programming which includes cartoons.
With all the new patients attended to and watching television the nursing staff meets in the cafeteria for dinner.
Meals are ready on a plate and heated in the microwave.
Cold sodas are in the refrigerator.
Each nurse has meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans.
Sodas are their own choice to pick.
Nurse Nelly, Nurse Karen, and Nurse Becky have a seat and eat.
The student nurses Kim and Sue heat their plates and have a seat at the table.
Sodas are good and cold and refreshing.
The nurses talk about the successful first day of Sissy Clinic.
“I was quite surprised by what Mistysshamrock desired,” Nurse Nelly commented,
“she wanted the full body cast according to her Mind Scan data.”
“I was also surprised that Shamrock loves to be given first aid and bandaged up,” Nurse Karen added,
“She is very happy!”
More stories are told while eating dinner at about 8 pm.
The new patients are all Sissybabies in this case.
Some arrived as just sissies but their desires to be babied were exposed.
The nurses are amazed at how the Mind Scan worked so accurately in just 10 minutes.
They hang around the cafeteria until 9 pm when they must get all patients in their cribs.
Shamrock and Mistysshamrock have regular hospital beds.
“I love how every new patient wanted to be a baby girl,” Nurse Nelly commented,
“that is just what we will give them.”
“I was surprised too since they are technically all males,” Nurse Karen said giggling.
“They love diapers and baby girl’s clothing.”
“I was both surprised and amazed at how you sent Shamrock and Mistysshamrock over to my department,” Nurse Becky added.
“My student nurses are happy to have patients.”
“I finally got to help put someone in a full body cast,” Nurse Kim said smiling,
“of course their diapers are needed.”
“I finally did a large burn first aid treatment,” Nurse Sue said,
“this will go good on my student report card.”
After an hour of chatting the nurses all leave to complete their last duty for the day.
All patients must be tucked in their cribs or beds with the lights out.
All patients will get a baby bottle of warm milk to help them sleep.
Mistysshamrock will get her bottle held until she finishes it. Today is a great first day!
