Headmasters Slipper & The Female Presenter7

I went to the same school as her although i was in a different year. We had nothing but a deep respect for our head of year and find it hard to hear that he must have been a pervert. He was one of life’s gentlemen and a true credit to the school. I left in 1980 and I’m sure Fiona would have had Mr L as her headmaster. Believe me, if she had the slipper she would have deserved it, and the boys did get the slipper and it normally came from the head of our own year, not the headmaster. Although I never got the slipper treatment i did see a slipper that was used and it was not a hard-soled but very soft. Maybe if we had the slipper in schools again we wouldn’t have students carrying knives and other weapons. I remember being 8 and getting a ruler across the palm of my hand from a teacher. It didn’t do me any harm
