there are lots of references to the Helston case. Where kindly headmaster, Mr Guise spanked two girls with a hairbrush after pulling their knickers out of the way. I did read in one of the magazines that deals with that sort of thing that he had them back a day later and made them bend over, knickers down, so he could check he hadn’t hurt them too much. Obviously a most humane man.
I think a lot of us would at odd reflective moments like to have been headmasters or headmistresses’. However, history shows us that there was a price to pay for having one’s fun, a small fine in Guise’s case.
Most bare-bottom spankings by men of adolescent girls will happen in the family. The sexual aspect of such a situation will be apparent to even the dimmest parent. I must admit for myself, if i had a daughter, i should steer well clear of that particular can of worms.
