The only thing like that I ever saw, was one time in grade five, a kid in our class was playing up, and was told to stand outside the door until he learnt to behave.
His Mum was at the school that day working at the tuck-shop,and she must have gone past and seen her son outside the door.
She stumped up to the boy, and demanded to know what he was doing outside.
We could all hear it going on.
The Mum knocked on the door,and asked to speak to our teacher.
She dragged her son in by the sleeve,and asked the teacher what he had been up to?
The teacher told her.
The kid’s Mum then reamed the poor little guy out in front of everybody, and told him that she would teach him to behave in class.
