I do not agree that caning on the buttocks is more painful than on the hands.As we know that their is no protection while caning on the hands,while caning on our buttocks,it is done while we are wearing school skirt,[There are no bare bottom caning in ASIA],and under our skirt,we usually wear a few underwear[There is a petticoat,tights & pantyhose]furthermore during caning,we usually don’t bend down much,we just stand facing and hands on the wall with legs spread open,so that there is a bit of “AIR” inside the skirt.so together with the underwear we worn,there is actually a “PROTECTOR” on our buttocks,so that it is not really that painful.So when the cane lands on the seat of the skirt,a loud”SPALT” sound is heard,but not much pain,even the cane mark only last half an hour.!!another point is the lady teacher who cane me never lift up our skirt to check the number of underwear we worn during the caning,so any comments
