the JJ effect doesn’t mean that school CP should never have been permitted and can never be permitted again. It simply means that it should have been regulated in the past, and would certainly have to be regulated in the future. I personally think this regulation would have to be something along the lines of the system Doctor Dominum has often described here. Exemptions where necessary, fully documented, an appeals procedure (no punishments in anger such as JJ has recently described in his thread), standardized punishment application (insofar as CP can be standardized) and only nominated teachers allowed to use it.
