A lot of women of a certain age, (not that I am suggesting anything in your case Dawn), experience what are known as hot flushes.
Don’t be alarmed.
This is perfectly normal.
Relax, and accept that it is likely, that you are not the only woman to be experiencing this.
I agree with the use of lighter synthetics.
I get them cheap for £5 to £15 usually and then just bin them after a couple of uses.
I also have outdoor wigs and indoor ones (shorter for indoor)
Apparently, the experts say that a common error is for a girl to wear a wig that is too thick.
It looks better if thinner as the head shape is in better proportion.
Also, choose lighter clothes.
I am really shy of my own flesh.
I generally believe that a girl with thick tights and long sleeves on a hot summer day is going to get read more easily, and from a greater distance.
