I do however stress, that this should be done by a female. A male would not enter, even a young girls changing room, but would a boy. Therefore boys would be seen in the nude by the head and not think so much of it. For a young girl,to be made to show all for punishment, to somebody that has not seen her before undressed would cause emotional strain. This is wrong
I have done my best to answer, but like all punishments, it has to be decided at the time. It is fine having a set of rules, but at times one may not be able to apply them.
