ALLEGED CONTEMPT OF COURT BY A NEWSPAPER
KEATS v. BRACEY WRIGHT AND OTHERS – EX PARTE KEATS – KEATS v. WEEKLY BUDGET (LIMITED) AND OTHERS – EX PARTE KEATS.

In these cases MR. A. NEILSON said that he had to apply on behalf of Dr. Keats for a rule nisi to attach Mr. J.C. Conolly for alleged contempt of Court.
There were three actions pending in each of which Dr. Keats was the plaintiff. The first was against Bracey Wright and others, the second against the Weekly Budget (Limited) and others, and the third against Mr. Conolly and a newspaper called the Dulwich, Peckham, and Camberwell Post, of which Mr. Conolly was the editor or the owner or both.
