MR. JUSTICE BRAY.- Is the paper to be prevented from reporting fairly anything that takes place before the guardians relating to this matter, pending the action?
MR. NEILSON said that he did not suggest that, but he submitted that it was not right to make the statements complained of in the face of the undertaking which had been given.
MR. JUSTICE BRAY.- The law as to contempt is strict. We could not consider what took place on the last application unless you were applying in respect of the undertaking given, which is not the case. The question is, has there been a contempt on this occasion.
