KEATS v. BRACEY-WRIGHT AND OTHERS,

The hearing of this case, which was reported in The Times of to-day, was resumed. The action was brought by Dr. W. J. C. Keats, medical superintendent of the Camberwell Infirmary, against the defendants, Mrs. C. A. R. Bracey-Wright, (also known as the Countess de Lormet), her son, Mr. W. H. C. Bracey-Wright, and Mr. W. Hardwick, to recover damages for an alleged libel published by the first two defendants and printed by the last defendant.
