Wife of head loses appeal against bar
The Independent Schools Tribunal has ordered Cholderton College, near Andover, Hampshire, to be struck off the register unless Mr. William Michael Byrd, and his wife cease to be proprietors, and Mr. Byrd ceases to be a teacher there, by February next.
Mrs. Byrd is disqualified by the order from being the proprietor of an independent school, but not from being a teacher in any school.
