When at University there was a discussion on corporal punishment, and one of the male students told us how they had a “caning league” at his school one year. Points were scored each time one was caned, and some of them, he told us, deliberately tried to get TOP place! He was one of them he said.
I have not heard if this was something that happened anywhere else. Has anyone else ever come across this, boys or girls, who for any reason actually tried to get caned or slippered at school?
