Some would argue then it should be a parent’s job to notify the school and put them on the “no paddle list.” I would agree with that but there are three huge flaws with that reasoning. First, some parents in paddling states do not even know schools still do this,(A few months ago would have had no clue if I lived in a paddling state) second sometimes the parents have no idea that the medication or medical condition would make the paddling worse, and third will talk about later.
