I found my friend outside his house one evening and he waved me over making a shhhhh gesture with his figure on his lips. I listened and heard the sound of sobbing interspersed with a slapping sound. What is it I whispered? My stepdad (yes stepdad) is giving my sister a hiding… I was quite taken with this scenario and we both listened intently, my friend out of sibling devilment and me for quite different reasons.
It seemed his sister had sneaked out the night before. She must have been 14 at least and he had been her stepdad of at most two years. Being only 11 at the time she became something of a pre-pubescent symbol of mine for a couple of years afterwards. It certainly happens the other way around but not sure if girls would have been similarly attracted.
