I just tuck using Primark 100% cotton thongs.

Works well for me although I appreciate it might not work for everyone.

Tend to use plain high rise knickers from Sainsbury’s or M&S.

but I then cut down a pair of tights and put those on top,

They keep everything tucked in and they flatten you out a bit.

Just my preference I guess.
