I would tend to agree and I am particularly easy on eye makeup these days for that exact reason –
very light on eye shadow and liner but can’t forego the mascara
My skin, if anything, still borders on oily plus most liquid foundations have an oily based transport –
leave them for a while and then don’t shake before use at your peril.
