The rest of the day was filled with laughter as we celebrated the first day home for little Lea. I left my phone turned off as we all enjoyed one another’s company and commenced a brief look-around of my house to the two of which were still unfamiliar on where everything was. Personally, I never thought of my house to be an “MTV’s Cribs” type of living space, but Amber did end up commenting on how big it was.
After the inspection was finished and surprisingly swallowed the majority of the day, we all decided to just watch a movie and hang out.
With the film just a small number of minutes in, I noticed from the corner of my eye that my front door windows were flickering faintly. I peeked through the shades and was astonished at the number of cars and photographers standing outside my gate, taking countless high flash pictures. Sighing, I pulled the cover back down, betting that the source of all this commotion resided from the morning chase against the other paparazzi hoping to photograph Lea.
“Well at least there’s something to look forward to tomorrow.” I contemplated.
New York City, here we come!
