Not wishing to wallow in her own juices of frustration and betrayal, Megan followed through with her original plan and phoned Sabrina. She and Des were free for a movie on the condition that Raul and Pedro tag along. Megan wasn’t thrilled about this, but compared to the way Ron had treated her, Raul would seem like a sweetheart by comparison.
“Going to the movies,” she told her parents on the way out. She had learned her lesson last time and was sure to keep them posted of her goings-on.
