“Mom was yelling about sending me to a shrink again and I was yelling about wanting to leave home and then we just stopped. The next thing I know, she’s talking about Jess and we both kinda get this idea…. so…um…. yeah.”
“And you really think it’s a good idea?”
“What choice do I have, Meg?”
“You can stay here.”
“And get yelled at every time I do something even the least bit out of the ordinary? Uh, no thanks. They just don’t understand.”
