Ron’s expression changed into an angry scowl.
“She can’t get away with this,” he insisted. “That bitch. Making threats like that.”
“I know,” Megan said, gradually beginning to pull away. It only then dawned on her that she had allowed a guy to hug her.
“Well,” Ron proposed. “What do you want to do?”
A”Nothing!” she insisted, still hoping it would go away.
B”I think it’s time to go to the authorities,” he offered after she remained momentarily mute.
