Can you believe it? Businesses have started forming partnerships with the schools so they can use the student data they get to identify future employees. Once they do, they’re giving those students ‘special scholarships’ to tutoring sessions sponsored by the companies so they will have a pool of employable people to draw from by the time the students graduate high school!
The teachers aren’t permitted to send the chronic pants-wetters to the school nurse anymore. The school policy is that until they’re in sixth grade, the incontinence problems are to be handled by the teachers themselves. Can you imagine how disruptive that is? And that’s not the worst thing I’ve heard! Pants-wetting in class in the lower grades is now considered normal!
