On several occasions after coming home from work, she had to stop herself from sending him out and play in the backyard because the weather was warm and dry again. When Anita came home Thursday evening to find him sitting on the floor in front of the TV watching Rugrats, she had to blink her eyes to get herself to believe that the small child on the carpet was really her husband and not a precious little boy who had somehow wandered into her house.
