A Halloween to Remember Scene 1

Jeb is upset that mother does not want him going door to door on Halloween. On October 1, 1970 Jeb turned 18 and became an adult. Mother does not feel it is right for adults to go trick or treating.
Jeb was born prematurely and this stunted his growth. He was just 5 pounds at birth. Jeb grew up always being a small boy for his age. Fortunately with good medical care and healthy upbringing Jeb is healthy but small for his age. Jeb lives in an apartment in Tampa, Florida.
At age 18 Jeb is only 4’ tall and weighs 60 pounds. He has been over protected by mother being such a small boy. Dad works for a company that has him overseas for the rest of this year. Edward the father is normal size and so is Debra the mother. Dad looked out for his small boy while growing up when he could.
“Mother I want to go trick or treating again this year,” Jeb insisted, “no one will know I am 18 years old.”
“Sorry but adults don’t go trick or treating,” Debra his mother said, “I think a party with friends is better.”
“I don’t have many friends mother,” Jeb replied, “Most of the kids in the building are girls who are also adults.”
“Yes honey, Jessica across the hall invited you to her friend Sally’s party,” Debra said, “this is great that you are invited.” “Sally lives in the next building and I will gladly walk you over to her party tonight.”
Mother wants Jeb to be more sociable and accepted the invitation from Sally’s mother who she knows. Today is October 31 and Halloween it tonight. Lunch is finished up and mother is talking with her small adult boy.
“I gave my word to Sally’s mother that you would love to attend her daughter’s party,” mother explained. “It starts at 8 pm and they will have lots of snacks to eat.”
“I know Jessica across the hall and Sally in the next building,” Jeb replied, “They hang out with other girls.”
Jeb feels he will be the only boy at the party and he may be teased about his small size. Mother disagrees and hopes Jeb finds a nice young girl to date. She assures Jeb that he is going since she accepted his invitation.
“Sally’s mother Rose said the party is all girls and they would love to have a boy attend,” Debra continued, “I think it would be adorable to send you as a girl.”
Mother explains how easy it would be to get a costume for Jeb. She plans on taking Jeb to Sears and buying a skirted leotard. She will buy panties, training bra, tights, and ballet slippers in the girls department.
“You must be kidding me mother,” Jeb said red faced at the idea, “I don’t wish to be a ballerina on Halloween.” “Forget that dumb idea, I am not going to the party.”
“I already told you I accepted your invitation,” mother said, “you are going so stop acting like a baby.” “After lunch we need to go shopping at Sears.”
Mother is sure that Sears will have what is needed in the girl’s department. Jeb is so small he appears to be about 8 years old. Mother loves the idea of dressing him up as a girl. She never could do this with Edward the father at home. His new job keeps him away for months at a time.
Jeb is presently wearing a pair of brown shorts with a gold t-shirt on. He has long brown hair down past his shirt collar. Mother plans on making him a pretty girl who will fit in great at the all-girl party.
“Get ready to go shopping after I finish a few dishes,” Debra told Jeb, “we can leave in about 10 minutes.”
Jeb goes to his bedroom and locks the door. He is not about to go shopping for girls clothes to attend an all-girls party. Mother finishes the chores and finds Jeb’s bedroom door locked. She is not happy about this.
“Don’t be naughty and stop acting like a baby,” Debra said unlocking the door with a straight screw driver.
Mother hollers after unlocking the door for Jeb to get his butt out to the car immediately. He reluctantly obeys after the threat of a spanking. Jeb does not get spanked any more after the age of 14. This is mostly due to having good manners and behavior.
