Ray heard the water turn on, which meant he still had a while before Trinna came downstairs. She liked to take long showers in the morning for some reason. Poking at his diaper, he decided it could hold a little more. Ray closed his eyes and relaxed, wetting his already soaked diaper nearly to the point of leaking. He didn’t need diapers during the day, but his parents always told him not to waste things. He rationalized that the diaper would just be thrown out anyway. He giggled at the squishy feeling and went to get a bowl of cereal.
Trinna turned off the water and dried herself off, then got dressed in a tee shirt and a pair of cargo pants. She made sure the garbage bag with her used Goodnite was securely tied and headed downstairs, tossing her nightgown in a hamper along the way. She saw Ray plopped down in front of the TV when she entered the living room. “Hey little guy.”
