And getting pissed off at yourself about it will just make it harder to deal with, you need to accept it as part of who you are. Okay, I know this trip has been hard for you, but in some ways maybe it’s been good. I mean, you don’t have to keep your bedwetting a secret anymore. You don’t have to let it take control over your life before, like whenever you get invited to stay at someone’s house and parties and stuff you don’t have to turn the invite down anymore, if you don’t let it stop you from doing what you want anymore then maybe you won’t find it so hard to accept.
