As the pins fell, stories were swapped and Megan began to feel like less of a fourth wheel. Apparently, college had caused Ted to do things she didn’t think were possible. Then again, with all the change she was undergoing, anything was possible.
“Remember the shaving incident?” Ron remarked with a devious grin.
Ted began to chuckle as well. “Dude…”
“These frat guys put shaving cream all over the windshield of his car.”
“And, to show them I had a good sense of humor,” Ted remarked. “I took some off the car and began shaving right in front of them.”
“Only it wasn’t shaving cream; it was whipped cream.”
“I ended up cutting my face pretty bad.”
“Aww poor baby,” Anna comforted.
Megan found herself giggling hysterically. She wished Kylie was around so they could relive their own blunders in the past year.
“YEAH!” someone screamed in the background.
The group glanced two lanes over at what appeared to be a gang of hoodlums. The guys wore torn jeans and shirts with the sleeves ripped off; the girls were dressed sluttishly. There were empty cups and wrappers strewn on the ground beside them. Megan found herself paying attention to one of the girls in particular. It was Deanna.
