At this point May thinks a month in diapers until Fred gets back from out of town should be enough punishment.
May realizes Simon is really a nice young man to come and stay in the first place.
She will decide later whether to tell his mother what happened.
Simon don’t want that so she will not call to inquire about any wet beds at home.
There is one more problem,
Cousin Sarah thinks Simon is a bed wetter and she may say something to his family to embarrass him.
Mom will warn her to keep quiet about things for now.
