Simon is dressed for bed as Simone in a pink nightgown.
The nightgown is for a little girl and is very short.
The nightgown has short puffy sleeves and an empire waist.
The pink nightgown has lace on the sleeves, around the rounded neck, and at the hem on the bottom.
“You are looking a lot like a baby girl at this point,” Aunt May said,
“your hairless body makes you more feminine.”
Simone is taken to a chair back in the bathroom.
Aunt May had wet combed his hair which has about dried.
She rewets Simone’s hair and combs it out nicely.
Sam is embarrassed as small curlers are put in the ends of his collar-length hair.
“I want you looking completely like a baby girl,” Aunt May said,
“no one will think I have an adult male staying with me.”
A plastic cap is placed on Simone’s head to sleep in.
