Lucky Simone is big enough she does not need a baby car seat since Aunt May does not have one.
Simone is buckled up in the front seat of Aunt May’s Buick.
May gets in and drives to downtown Griffin, GA.
Being June it is hot in Georgia, the car has an air conditioner.
Country Kitchen is not crowded when they arrive at 9 am.
Most people come in from 7 am to 9 am and many go to work afterward.
“Good morning mamm,” the hostess Kimberly said,
“I will get a table for you and your little girl.”
Simone blushes and does not say a word.
They are escorted to a table for 2 in the middle of the room.
Kimberly hands out menu’s thinking Simone should be able to read guessing her age in the process.
“Excuse me mam,” an elderly lady said in a booth with her husband.
