This does not surprise May, she sees how Simone is embarrassed dressed this way in public.
Unfortunately for Simone his male voice was heard by the elderly lady in the booth.
She puts on glasses to have a closer look.
“Your little girl has a boys sounding voice,” the elderly lady said,
“could she be a young boy dressed up this way?”
“Harriot mind your own business,” her husband said loudly.
Breakfast is served and Simone does not say another word.
The lady will have to wonder about this since May did not respond either.
Before breakfast is finished Simone has peed her diaper.
She does not say anything even though Aunt May has a diaper bag with her.
“The meal was excellent Kimberly,” Mary said,
“bring us our check please.”
Aunt May pays the bill and leaves a tip for Kimberly.
The two of them go back outside and get in the Buick.
A baby bottle of cold water is given to Simone to drink while they drive to a shopping mall.
