The feeling was mutual. Erin was having more fun than she could remember experiencing in a long time. She was even happier that Hailey was enjoying playing with her. She’d had a great deal of difficulty befriending anybody over the past few years, and she generally made very little effort to do so. But Hailey seemed different from anyone she’d known.
They played for a couple hours until Mrs. Summers called them down to lunch.
Halfway through the meal, Erin’s bladder informed her that she urgently needed to visit a toilet. “May I be excused? I have to go to the bathroom!” she cried, and upon Aunt Sue’s positive response, she rushed to the toilet, sitting down just before her body released its torrent of urine.
