Drool ran down his chin as he opened his mouth and gurgled, then said, “mmmuga…daaa….kaa!” Then he squealed in delight and peed in his diaper. Gina smiled and shook her head at her adopted baby’s antics. She hadn’t liked her brother very much, he had always made fun of how difficult it was for her to think. Now the shoe was on the other foot. She doubted that he would ever improve, every day he slipped further back into infancy.
