“I have your dummy in my pocket, so any complaints then you can suck on its round town” she said while pulling the seatbelt and strapping me into the car. The car ride was silent as we pulled up to the biggest shopping centre in Town. I was released from the car belt and made to grab Charlottes hand to walk with her “Now you have to hold my hand all the way round, if you let go then I have bought a wrist strap with me for you” she replied dragging me towards the awaiting doors. I imaged a wrist strap and quickly realised what she meant. For those wondering it goes round a child’s wrist and has like a lead coming out of it for the parents to hold onto. I wondered what might be worse having to be seen on a leash almost or holding hands?
