PE teachers are indeed a formidable breed. Getting whacked by them at any time was to be feared. I understand that PE Mistresses also whacked forcefully according to the girls at my school. Mind you,one played hockey for the county and another was a good tennis player.

I got paddled at school one time.

I was 13, in 7th grade

I got in a fight after PE class with another guy
Wooden paddle was used

The female principal spanked us with a female witness there too
It was in the Principal’s office, we were escorted there by the PE teacher
I was made to bend over a chair
I was wearing the school issued gym shorts we had to wear during PE
It was very effective and super embarrassing
