Hair doesn’t always grow verticle to the surface of the skin.

The stubble left is much longer, in areas where the skin is flaccid or when it involves curves and crevices.

It is difficult to get as the skin folds in front of the blade, and so takes the hair away from the cutting edge.

The only real advice would be to shave squatting over a mirror so that you can see the area and stretch the skin.

If you have a small stool squat over this and put the mirror on the stool sounds complicated but it worked for me before I removed mine permanently with laser.

Suggest using shaving oil (king of shaves)rather than foam or cream as this lubricates the skin much more effectively.
