like above i get packs from superdrug but of late Boots has come up trumps for me ,  male nails tend to be flatter but I’m not using extra large sizes just the standard female ones in-store, and find they fit really well, and  with good glue rather than the included tiny tubes of shite its not a problem them fitting, I just tend to go for simple french tips but Monday i have some nice little talons to try out from them when I get a day off

the width of female nails although narrower than male nails is sufficient that even with the male nail underneath showing from the edges there is still enough “dressing” there to not really notice … people only notice if you stick your talons in their face and that is a bit bad form most times
