Same here. I used to bite mine very very short but now I have long nails naturally. They started to break at first but I have found rounding the corners off and using OPI nail envy strengthener has worked miracles. They no longer break and I have to file them as they get too long. I can’t remember why the biting stopped.

I get the glances from both friends and family at my long nails, but no one’s been brave enough to ask me why. It’s been a couple of years now so I suspect they got used to it.
