However, how true this claim is, is questionable

The only one herb I know of at the moment that’s acknowledged by the medical profession is a product that is made from beer hops.

The Hop plant is very rich in chemicals that closely resemble Estrogen.

The product is called men hop and is mainly used as an alternative for HRP for menopausal women.
