Walking in a very high heel does take practice.

Genetic women have the advantage of wearing high heels all the time.

For those of us that cannot and wish to wear a 6″ or higher heel, I suggest wearing 5″ and 5.5″ heels beforehand.

As your feet and especially your ankles begin to relax, you can increase your heel height.

I am grateful now at walking in 6.5″ stiletto courts but my new 7″ heels are quite a challenge yet
