Question

I am hoping that someone can offer some advice and guidance around trying make up for the first time.

What is the minimum makeup I need to have and what would you recommend to use or buy.

As it will all be new to me I want to start with a small budget until I find a look I like.

Are there any kits that would contain what I need

or is it better to buy separates?

I have watched some videos but all use different products and are often expensive.

Is there an app or website where I upload my pic and try different looks?

Any help and advice is really appreciated.
