false breasts with a bra?

I hope it is OK to ask this respectful question please?

I am new to crossdressing because I have repressed it all my life!

I would like to try false breasts with a bra, but don’t know where to start?

All I know is that I have a 40B chest/man boobs and i am hairy! LOL.
I haven’t a clue on what to look for or where to go?
I do not know how to search for these kind of items.

Hopefully someone with experience of these items will offer some advice on the subject please?

Thank you everyone in advance!

Here’s a starting point. There are a LOT of fake boobies available, in a variety of sizes, styles and so on.

Once you get some of those, of know what sort of size to try out, you can buy an appropriate bra. I’d reccomend a sports bra for extra support.

I wear full cup underwired and unpadded bras from places like MnS. You can order online and pick up in store. All fairly anonymous. Google bra fitting and you will probably find it a bit hit and miss. Return anything that doesn’t fit well. Choose your cup size wisely. Too big and you won’t pass well. I’m male chest about 42” and find B or C cup silicone inserts are fine. B when I don’t want to draw too much attention. Can be worn under a coat in male guise. C when I want proper curves. Eventually you’ll find out what fits and gives the shape you’re looking for, and what doesn’t.
Alternatively, try a dressing service. If you’re really brave, buy your boobs and book a proper bra fitting. I did it once in London and had no problems at all. The staff were lovely. Xx

It can be tricky finding your bra size for the first time, so buying multiple sizes in one go can really speed things up. As Georgia says, you can return anything you don’t need.

If you’re measuring yourself at home, make sure you measure at the crease at the bottom of your boobs where the band of the bra will sit. Don’t measure over your nipples. If your jacket size is 40 which includes going over the nipples, your band size will probably be around 38. Band sizes go up in even numbers, so if you measure 37″, get size 36 and 38 to see which works best.

B or C cup are usually good choices, but it’s all down to personal preference and your body frame. What suits one person might not work for you. I find D cup looks ok on me so I mostly use D cup forms. I have tried DD cup but they didn’t look right.

When trying on your bras, you can just use socks to fill the cups for a rough idea of size. If you want something that looks more realistic, some people have made home made boobs by putting rice into the foot of a stocking. I tried it but I found it quite fiddly. Instead I used balloons to give a smoother shape. Filling them with water gives them a nice weight and feel, but make sure you use good quality balloons as you don’t want them to burst.

If you go for a bra fitting at a store like M&S, I’m sure they would be ok about it. I’m not sure how much they would be able to help you with your cup size choice though, so I’d be inclined to try different ones at home in the first instance. You’ll have loads more time to figure out different cup sizes at home. I’ve had a fitting at M&S since, but I had my forms by then and knew my cup size. Once you have found your size and tried it with a temporary filling, then you can get your forms.

I have Ivita and Vollence breast forms. They have a nice feel to them and won’t break the bank. I recently bought some triangular shaped Ivita forms which cost me about £47. The triangular shaped ones match the shape of the bra cups I use, which are full cup and great for everyday use. I also have a few prettier bras which I use less frequently, which have a more rounded cup. The triangular forms don’t work so well with these bras, so I use teardrop shaped forms with those, inserted sideways. You can get Ivita and Vollence forms on ebay and Amazon.

Underwired and non-wired is another choice and again, it’s down to personal preference, the style of the bra, etc. Personally I prefer non-wired which are more comfortable for me to wear and they don’t take up as much space in the drawer. Also with forms, there’s a risk of the underwiring puncturing the form, although it’s never happened to me when I’ve used underwired bras.

Good luck finding your size anyway. It can be tricky at first and involves a bit of trial and error, but you’ll get there. If the bra fits correctly it should support your forms, so if you stretch up, or lean forward, the boobs will stay in place. If you lean forward and the forms come away from your chest, you need to go down a band size xx

Hi doc

How do you determine your chest is a 40B?

If your chest is 40″ then select whatever cup size you want in relation to your physique i.e. the bigger your chest and your height the bigger the cup size should be. Cup size is defined as the size measured around the cups on your bra minus the length of the band around the bottom of the bra. So if your bra is 44″ and your band size is 40″, the difference is 4″ which equates to a Cup D.

M&S sell beast forms and pocket bras for women that have sadly had a mastectomy. You slot the forms into the bra. Not only is solution effective but you save VAT as these are defined as products serving a health issue.

Hope this helps.

i much prefer the feel of silicon forms and to be honest they are not that expensive.
You say you use the foam for £10 per side, i can get my silicon forms from ebay for £35. These are c cup 800g forms which i wear daily. The feel when they get to body temp is really natural for me and i feel wierd now when they are not in place.
