I would suggest that if you were considering treatment you start with the area which has the biggest impact.

Beard removal is not for everyone but it does influence so much.

Chest hair would also be high on my list (or it was :-)) because the area is flat shaving alleviates the problem for just a short while and in my case stubble appeared within a few hours.

Legs are a factor but as there are fewer hairs per sq centimetre they can be waxed.

Remember that you only have about 20% of hair growing here at any one time.

much of the hair is catagen (resting) waxing will means that there are fewer hairs visible.

This can bring its own problems such as ingrowing hairs but a good therapist can reduce this with good products (Tee Tree wax) and techniques.
