what is available?

Vaniqa (eflornithine Hydrochloride)

This works but is expensive it slows down the hair growth and is available on prescription for female hirsutism.

It is a pharmaceutical product rather than a cosmetic or OTC (over-the-counter)

It does require a prescription but can be imported quite legally but as said it can be expensive. http://www.vaniqa.com

Most other creams are simply retardants and again I must stress that they are targeted at natal females.

Slowing down the hair pattern in a male is much harder or rather it takes much longer before any noticable (and sustained) effect will be felt.
