Today is Thursday the seventh of June, it is early as Simone is helped out of her crib.

Simon realized again that he loves wearing a diaper all night.

He is often confused by this experience.

Simon put on one of Sarah’s diapers and plastic panties on Monday night and was caught wearing them on Tuesday morning.

Simon has been in diapers since then and is a baby girl called Simone.

Aunt May gets Simon as Simone up and on the diaper table.

“I will change that wet diaper and make you more comfortable honey,” Aunt May said removing the wet diaper and pink nightgown.

Simon is not about to say he wet his diaper another way last night.

Aunt May cleans him up well with a warm washcloth and baby wipes.

She uses diaper rash cream and baby powder on Simone.

Aunt May grabs both of Simone’s ankles to lift his bottom.

She slips a clean Attends disposable diaper in place with 6 tapes.

The thick diaper is brought up between Simone’s legs and taped on snugly.

“Oh look at my cute baby girl,” Aunt May cooed, “What will you wear?”

“How about a pair of my slacks and a t-shirt?” Simon suggested.

“No way baby girl,” Aunt May replied,

“A onesie will do for now.”

May finds a yellow onesie in Sarah’s dresser that will fit Simone.

She slips it over his head and fastens the snaps at the crotch.

Simone has her hair brushed neatly which makes the curls come back.

A small amount of lipstick and blush are used to make Simone pretty.

Yellow plastic panties were put over Simone’s diaper and her feet are put in yellow lacy socks.

“I can’t wait until those professional photographs arrive in the mail,” Aunt May tells Simone,

“I asked for 2 copies of each one.”

“I suppose you will be sending one to mother,” Simone concluded.

“I would rather not explain how this happened.”

“Your secret is safe for now sweetie,” Aunt May assured Simon,

“that may not be the case by the end of the month.”

Lots of photos have been taken and Simon’s mother will get copies later.

Mary has not mentioned Simon’s bedwetting to his mother yet.

She will be surprised to find out, Simone has not been wetting the bed at home.

“I have made oatmeal for our breakfast,” Aunt May stated,

“let’s go to the kitchen and get you in your highchair.”

Simone is put in an old style wooden highchair for a large toddler.

A bib is tied around her neck that says “Baby Girl”.

Aunt May spoon feeds Simone a full bowl of oatmeal.

She fixes a warm baby bottle of formula and gives it to Simone.

“Nurse on your bottle for a while so I can eat breakfast,” May said.

Simone is thirsty and does like she is told.

Aunt May has a large bowl of oatmeal and a glass of cold milk.

So far Simon has not been asked to do many chores.

He will have to cut the grass this weekend.

May thinks he can wear girl’s slacks and a blouse for that.

A diaper and plastic panties will be worn.

A large playpen is in the living room,

Simone is placed in that so May can clean the kitchen.

Cartoons are on the television and a dolly is in the playpen along with a pink teddy bear.

Simone wonders if this treatment will continue for a full month until Uncle Jack comes home.

Simon wants some exercise but hates to go outside as Simone.

His car remains parked in the garage for now.

His new life as a baby girl is far from over.

Aunt May cleans the kitchen and does chores around the house.

Simone eventually helps by vacuuming the whole place.

Before noon Simone is given a diaper change, he is both wet and messy.

A clean diaper is put on with the same outfit.

Simone is back in the highchair for lunch and finds out lunch is creamed peas and yellow squash.

Some leftover ham is diced up and also feed to Simon.

“I know you are in need of a long walk and more exercise,” Aunt May said,

“we can walk around the block and get some fresh air.”

The afternoon is sunny and dry, no rain in the forecast.

Simone is dressed in a pair of pink girl’s shorts along with her onesie.

Girl’s tennis shoes are put on her feet.

Aunt Mary takes her hand and they go out the front door.

About half way around the block a neighbor comes out to say hello.

Her name is Milly and she is 37 years old.

May and she have been friends for several years.

“I thought your nephew Simon was coming to stay with you while Jack works out of town,” Milly commented.

“Yes that was the original plan but my niece Simone came instead,”

May answered not giving Simon away as a girl.

“Hello little girl, nice to meet you,” Milly said,

“You are in a diaper.”

“Yes she still has accidents and it seemed like the right thing to do,” May replied.

Simon as Simone is embarrassed again, she has little to say not wanting to sound like a male.

In a high-pitched girl’s voice, Simon says hello to Milly.

No one would think this cute little girl to be a male.

The ladies chat while Simone is given a baby bottle of cold water to drink.

He is happy to do so and won’t have to speak any more.

Milly thinks it is cute to have the little girl drinking from a baby bottle.

“Drink it all up sweetie, but you may end up with a wet diaper,” she said.
