Jessybaby is introduced to SissyBabyPet who is playing with the dolls in the nursery.

She is diaper changing the large Betsy Wetsy doll when Jessybaby joins her.

“Hello I am Jessybaby and love to play with dolls too,” she said.

“Mes SissyBabyPet and you can bottle feed the dolly,” she said.

While the first 2 patients are enjoying themselves in the nursery Nurse Nelly gets Mistysshamrock from doctor Susan Clark.

Mistysshamrock arrived in male clothing and is middle aged.

“Congratulations you have passed your physical exam,” Nurse Nelly said,

“now it is time for your Mind Scan to reveal your true feelings and desires.”

“Yes maam, I am excited about doing the Mind Scan,” said Mistysshamrock.

“I doubt it actually works.”

Mistysshamrock is seated and the bowl-like object put on his head.

Soon the lights are rotating and changing colors after Nurse Nelly flips on the switch.

Ten minutes go by without Mistysshamrock saying one word.

“Oh my gosh your results are different than the others,” Nurse Nelly said examining the data.

“You wish to become pregnant but that is not possible for a male.”

“Like the others so far you want to be a female and a baby girl,” Nurse Nelly stated,

“We can help you do that Mistysshamrock but not biologically with any surgery.”

“No maam, I don’t want any surgery,” Mistysshamrock said, “Just diaper me and dress me like a baby girl.”

Nurse Nelly smiles knowing this is not all that Mistysshamrock wants.

The scan shows a desire to be restrained and put in medical casts.

Nurse Nelly finds this unusual but doing this is not a problem at Sissy Clinic.

“Our student nurses often need practice putting patients in a full body cast,” Nurse Nelly said.

“You are scheduled for this.”

Mistysshamrock is taken to his sleeping area and given a warm bubble bath.

Mistysshamrock is not hairless but Nurse Nelly takes care of that during the bath.

After being dried with a soft towel Mistysshamrock is put in a thick white disposable diaper by Nurse Nelly.

“I am ready for my full body cast and I see you have made me look like a female,” Mistysshamrock said,

“My hair is long.”

Three student nurses pick up Mistysshamrock and take him to the casting area.

He is laid on a large metal framed device.

Mistysshamrock’s upper body is casted first including most of her head.

Three student nurses can put a full body cast on more quickly.

Afterward Mistysshamrock will not be able to move which goes with the desires to be restrained.

The full body cast is complete with one nurse finishing up the feet. Mistysshamrock is not going to the Nursery area.

She will need constant care by the student nurses.

One nurse called Becky decides to braid Mistysshamrock’s hair.

The others wait before pushing Mistysshamrock to his room.

“You will not be able to get out of bed,” Nurse Becky said,

“We will change your diapers and feed you sweetie.”

“Thank you for fixing my hair and the full body cast,” replied Mistysshamrock,

“Don’t forget to change me when needed.”

Mistysshamrock is in bed in his room with the help from 3 student nurses.

She is completely immobilized in the full body cast and requires constant care.

The Mind Scan did its job and served its purpose.

Mistysshamrock is amazed the machine read his most personal desires.

Being a female patient is preferred.

Nurse Nelly and Nurse Karen take the time to visit with new patient Mistysshamrock.

They sign her full body cast with their signatures.

Five nurses have signed the full body cast.

Nurse Karen takes care of the next patient at Sissy Clinic.

Her name is Sissieann and she is middle aged. Sissieann drove here after hearing about a clinic for sissies.

She loves the idea of doing the Mind Scan.

“Hello Sissieann, my name is Doctor Susan Clark,” she said,

“undress and put on the gown please and no panties.”

“Yes doctor I have not had a physical exam in years,” Sissieann replied going in a private room.

Sissieann is given a complete exam by Doctor Clark.

Sissieann is healthy with normal blood tests.

Nurse Karen comes to get her for the Mind Scan.

“Come with me Sissieann and there is nothing to fear,” Nurse Karen assured her,

“we will find out what you desire most.”

Sissieann is seated in a chair and the Mind Scan bowl is put on her head.

Lights flash and spin at the bottom as the scan starts.

In 10 minutes data is saved in a computer and printed for the nurse to see.

“I see you not only wish to dress female but you love diapers,” Nurse Karen said, “You desire to be treated as a baby girl.”

“I would like that very much Nurse Karen,” Sissieann replied.

The scan shows how much Sissieann prefers thick cloth diapers with plastic baby panties.

Nurse Karen smiles knowing they have another one for the nursery.

Sissieann wishes to be babied.

“Come with me to the nursery and your sleeping area,” Nurse Karen said,

“The first thing you need is a warm bubble bath.”

A bathtub is filled with scented warm bubble bath water.

The gown Sissieann was wearing is removed, she steps into the warm water.

Nurse Karen is quick to bathe Sissieann and wash her long brown hair.

Sissieann gets body hair removed with Nair permanent hair remover.

“I am surprised you did that but a baby girl has no body hair,” Sissieann said realizing what happened.

Like the others before her Sissieann is getting just what she wants.

The good news is that a patient’s health insurance pays for everything.

Sissieann is dried with a fluffy pink towel.

Her hair is wet combed.

She has a seat while Nurse Karen puts curlers in her hair to make long sausage curls.

“Hop up on the diaper table sweetie,” Nurse Karen said,

“I wanted to get your hair in curlers while it is still wet.”

“I can’t wait to see how my hair will look,” Sissieann said.

Nurse Karen took a white cloth prefold diaper that is 10 layers thick in the middle pad and put it under Sissieann’s bottom.

She uses diaper rash cream next and baby powder.

Sissieann is pinned in a thick cloth diaper using 4 pink head diaper pins.

“I have a perfect pair of light pink plastic panties baby girl,” Nurse Karen said.

“I can see if your diaper is wet while you are wearing them,” Karen said putting the plastic baby panties on.

“I like this diaper and plastic panties,” Sissieann said,

“I do feel like a baby in them.”

“Of course you do sweetie,” Nurse Karen said noticing how mild regression has set in from the Mind Scan.

Sissieann has her hair dried and curlers removed.

Her sausage curls are down to her shoulders.

Pink ribbons are tied in her hair.

Sissieann has light pink lacy top girls socks put on her feet.

She is escorted to the nursery play area where two adult baby girls are playing with dolls.

The girls are all very pretty.

“Hello, I am Sissieann can I play with you?” she asked politely

“Sure we have dolls and plushy teddy bears,” SissyBabyPet said,

“pick any one you want to be yours.”

“Except my Betsy Wetsy doll,” Jessybaby said,

“I love that one.”
