the only time I got caned was bending over for 4 strokes-not that painful.
Around the same time ie 1967-8, at sec mods, 4 girls I knew got dealt with for the same thing, one who was only 13 got off with 3 of the slipper & no big deal.
One of the others got 6 of the same & it was painful, ditto the one who got 4 strokes of the cane on her hands. The one who got same as me(except across the back of a thick kilt & not trousers)was the one who received equal treatment and was in by far the worst state the same evening.
Had it stopped her smoking,all well & good, maybe, but it didn’t! Some girls clearly felt it more than others, just like boys.
